Match and apply is an AI-powered hiring agent built on real science and generative AI that guides candidates to the right roles faster.  Without scripts, dead-ends or outdated job matching logic, our agent supports a personalized, human conversational experience giving you a smarter, more scalable way to hire the best talent.  

Timeline

The beta opens on May 30, 2025. Each selected customer will be onboarded by a Product Manager and can expect to be in the beta process for 30 days.

What to expect during onboarding

Onboarding will require people from your organization who can do the following tasks. You can expect this meeting to be scheduled for 1 hour.

         • Logo

         • Theme color (hex)

         • Personalized Assistant Name: Hirevue’s Hiring Expert

         • Welcome text: Hi! I’m Hirevue’s Hiring Expert! I can help you find a job in minutes. Ask me anything!

      2. Provide content from your Knowledge base

         • Benefits overview

         • Hiring process overview

         • Company values

         • Other

      3. ATS Administration

         • Configure job sync integration (Sample list, but depends on ATS)

           • Create API key

           • Enable permissions

           • Security configuration

      4. Add the web widget to your career’s site (via script code)

What to expect during the evaluation period

You and your team will use beta features via your production environment.

Your Talent Acquisition leader will meet with the Product Manager each week for at least 30 minutes to give feedback about the experience. An email address will be provided to enable your team to provide feedback ongoing and async. If feasible, benchmark data will be collected to evaluate the impact of the solution.
