Assessment Builder Beta
Hirevue’s Assessment Builder is a self-service assessment configuration tool on the T2O platform. The recommendation engine powering this product is built on decades of hiring research and expertise from Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psychologists to empower hiring teams with science-based skill validation in every assessment.
Timeline
The beta period begins December 3 and lasts until December 23, 2025. Each selected participant will be onboarded by a Product Manager and an IO Psychologist and can expect to be in the beta process for approximately 3 to 5 days during which time they will create assessments using the Assessment Builder workflow.
What to expect during onboarding
Onboarding requires at least one participant from each organization to attend an initial walkthrough of the product features and a live implementation in the customer’s UAT or sandbox environment. You can expect this meeting to be scheduled for 45 to 60 minutes and include members of Hirevue’s product development team.
Agenda will include:
- Product Manager walkthrough
- How to access the Assessment Builder workflow
- Required inputs to create your assessment
- IO Psychologist overview of the science behind the assessment recommendation
- How the core and adjacent skills are selected
- How the recommendation engine determines the assessment content
- Activation of temporary Assessment Builder license in UAT/sandbox environment
- Participant(s) to draft their first assessment and ask questions
What to expect during the beta period
Participant(s) will set up 5 to 10 assessments using a pre-release version of the Assessment Builder software product during a mutually agreed upon 3 to 5-day time period. This is an opportunity to try out the product before it is commercially available and provide feedback that will help shape future development.
The assessments created are not intended for use in an actual hiring event. Internal testers may take the assessment, but real candidates are not recommended during this test period.
At the end of the beta test period, participants will meet with the Product Manager, IO Psychologist, Product Designer, and Product Marketing Manager for a 60-minute feedback session to discuss their experience using the Assessment Builder product.
