Interview Insights Beta
Interview Insights is an AI-powered solution designed to streamline skill evaluation and optimize training during the hiring process. It offers features like searchable transcripts, AI overviews of responses, explanations of AI-scores, and interviewer metrics, particularly focusing on job-relevant criteria.
This tool aims to provide faster evaluations, real-time feedback, and data-driven insights. Ultimately, it helps companies make more informed hiring decisions, improve the candidate experience, and enhance interviewer effectiveness. The initial beta features focus on on-demand interviews, offering more control and flexibility for candidates and a more personalized experience.
Timeline
Beta begins August 5, 2025 and customers can join the beta through September 24, 2025.
The beta runs until October 28, 2025.
OnDemand features will be released before Teams for Live features.
What to expect during onboarding
The product manager will guide the team through a demo of the product and gather information about the customer’s use cases. The Interview Insights features may be turned on for your team in advance of the demo if it cannot be scheduled at the start of the beta period.
What to expect during the evaluation period
You and your team will use beta features via your production environment. As features are developed and feedback is incorporated, you can expect some changes to the interface.
Our product team will reach out to users of different roles throughout the beta period to offer 30-minute calls for feedback about the experience. Additionally, a feedback text box will be available in the product to enable your team to provide feedback ongoing and asynchronously.
Usage benchmark data will be collected to evaluate the impact of the solution.
